Jimmy Lustig is founder and CEO of United Capital Management, a Colorado-based family office. A non-practicing CPA, Jimmy manages his family’s private equity investment portfolio. He is particularly experienced in real estate and holds diverse real estate properties throughout the Western United States. He is also an investor in pre-IPO, or private, companies in different industries ranging from food and restaurants to medicine.
Jimmy Lustig received his Bachelor of Art from the University of Colorado and earned his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. Following college, Jimmy earned professional experience working at a variety of companies. He previously served as a shareholder and employee at a commercial bank. The majority shareholders of the bank were his family and the bank, headquartered in Denver, was later sold to Zions Bank.
A third generation Denver native, Jimmy Lustig enjoys numerous civic activities that strengthen the community he knows and loves. He is a board member of Mizel Museum, Shalom Park, and Yeshiva Toras Chaim in Denver. Jimmy also spends a lot of time in the Los Angeles area, where he is involved in organizations including Wiesenthal Museum, The Race to Erase MS, and Brentwood School, among others.
Jimmy Lustig and his wife run the Lustig Family Foundation, through which they contribute to causes spanning healthcare, education, culture and more.
