Concept of Literacy

I believe literacy to be more than just reading and writing. It is also, in my belief, further than just talking. Literacy is the way information is conveyed. Whether it be through body language or verbal, that's what literacy is. Literacy is also we interpret the language, and to a further extent, our experience with it.
