This included Wholesale Telecom Inc., incorporated and registered as a California Public Utility in 1998. WTI is still a going concern in 2016.In 2008, Jimmy Stepanian founded Summerlin Asset Management, LLC, a diversified Real Estate Investment company specializing in 1st position titled debt and Real Estate Developments.
