Experienced in arranging agricultural land transactions, Jimmy Winemiller moved into the condominium real estate sphere in 2010. He worked with the Fontaine Property Group in acquiring the downtown Melbourne, Florida, Harbor Edge condo projects. At the time of its purchase, the $17 million project was nearly complete. Jimmy Winemiller helped guide build-out activities, and marketing and sales, and the project netted 84 percent profit over an 18-month timeframe.

Mr. Winemiller subsequently guided a $38 million downtown project in Ft. Pierce, Florida, that encompassed the Renaissance Financial Center and Renaissance on the River. With the workout process taking less than 18 months, a net profit of nearly 100 percent is forecast. Mr. Winemiller has owned major farmland tracts over the decades spanning Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and California. One of the farms he currently owns is a Mississippi Delta rice farm, Dahomey Plantation, that encompasses 10,000 acres. Jimmy Winemiller is an agent with Brevard Harbor Edge, LLC, and has assisted in the purchase of a farm in Martin County, Florida.
