I bring 16+ years of leadership from the Web Consumer, Enterprise software, Communication Service Provider industries spanning service support delivery, operations, customer success, loyalty and satisfaction, and VoC roles. My goal is simple – get the right answer, at the right time, to the right customer. My personal passions are cooking, travel, physical fitness, skiing and snow shoeing, music, and very soon....motorcycling. I've been lucky to be married for 32 years, with a great daughter who'd make any Dad proud.
