Jim Pielemeier

Jim Pielemeier is a real estate executive and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of leadership expertise. Currently, he is the President of both the KingdomArt Galleries and the 501(c)(3) charitable organization Legacies of Life. KingdomArt Galleries features works from Christian artists, including Akiane, a well-known child prodigy featured on numerous national television programs such as The Oprah Winfrey Show. In addition to KingdomArt Galleries, Jim Pielemeier also founded Legacies of Life, a charity that assists southern India’s orphaned children. As of 2011, Legacies of Life has placed 40 children in homes where they receive healthful nutrition, clothing, and love, thanks to the support and fundraising efforts of Jim Pielemeier.

Prior to starting KingdomArt Galleries and Legacies of Life, Jim Pielemeier enjoyed success in the real estate industry, beginning with the purchase of the Stark Real Estate Corporation. At Stark Real Estate, he managed a staff of 25 agents, built a successful property management business, and personally marketed and negotiated numerous residential and commercial real estate deals. Jim Pielemeier also founded the Chrysos Corporation, where he led a successful land development business that eventually partnered with Cabadac Development Group and TAT USA, a Taiwanese lumber company.

As the Chief Executive Officer of the Hamco Corporation, Mr. Pielemeier successfully executed the completion of a housing development that was previously in bankruptcy. He also invested in Belize Land & Development, Ltd., where he negotiated the purchase of a parcel that became The Plantation, considered one of Belize’s finest oceanfront real estate developments.

Jim Pielemeier studied visual communications at Western Washington University. He earned his real estate license in 1975, and graduated from the Ecclesia Bible School in 1978. A competitive volleyball player, Jim Pielemeier has participated in the National Senior Games and the Senior Olympics. He enjoys spending time with his dogs, taking photographs, and horseback riding.
