Jim Raddatz
I was born July 3/52 into the home of Rev. Alvin and Lillian Raddatz in Lockeport Nova Scotia. Most of my elementary and teen years were spent growing up in the city of Toronto.
The late Rev. Laurie Price encouraged me to attend Bible College. As a result I attended Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in Peterborough Ontario. God has allowed me to be challenged and taught by some of God's choice servants. Rev Ken Bombay saw in me the ability to preach/teach with a passion. Consequently, I spent four years as an itinerant evangelist under the auspices of Sophast Ministries.
I met Marlene Berg and we were married on June 21st, 1980 in Edmonton, Alberta. She is a graduate of Northwest Bible College in Edmonton and also has her ARCT from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Marlene is an accomplished musician and speaker. Marlene and I have spoken together in Family Life Seminar settings in Canada and the Ukraine. In two of our churches Marlene was the Music Director and spearheaded several outstanding music/drama presentations. She has also had a very successful piano studio and administrated a music school.
We are the proud parents of three adult children: John-Mark; Geoffrey; Janelle
