Here's a little about me.

I believe that we are put here on earth to help each other. To this end, most of my work centers on creating opportunities for personal and professional breakthrough.

#1 - I'm the founder of The EDGE Group. A group of people working to help leaders create breakthrough opportunities for themselves, the people they lead and the organizations they serve. www.theedgegroup.org

#2 - In 2012 I co-launched Better Fundraising For All with my good friend Steven Screen (founder of Uber Direct). BFFA is a movement fueled by our blog and free or low cost resources designed to help nonprofit organizations fuel their missions through improved fundraising.

#3 - I'm the Head Football Coach at King's High School. I've been coaching football for 20 seasons. We are on the missiion to build champions while pursuing championships. in 2013 I was named Coach of the Year for the State of Washington.

#4 - Personally, I've been married for almost 20 years to my college sweetheart (Wendy). We have 3 kids and continue to be actively involved in our community as a registered foster-adoption family.

I'm an active blogger, public speaker, writer, breakthrough sherpa, business coach, fundraising guru, and champion for the truth.
