Over the years, Jim Sinek has gained a great deal of experience in executive roles at leading healthcare facilities. He currently operates as president and chief executive officer of Faith Regional Health Services, which includes a 200-bed acute hospital and a 100-bed long-term care facility in Norfolk, Nebraska. Under Jim Sinek’s supervision, the hospital has introduced new programs, including the incorporation of physician integration as a core board strategy and a new hospital wing designed for total patient comfort and satisfaction. Jim Sinek also developed a Northeast Nebraska Hospital System through allegiances with Tilden Community Hospital, West Holt Medical Services, and Niobrara Valley Hospital. During his time with the hospital, Faith Regional has earned numerous accolades, including the Gold Level “Well Workplace” Award from the Wellness Council of America.
James Sinek has previously worked in hospital management executive positions with Verde Valley Medical Center, the Finley Hospital, and Stewart Memorial Community Hospital. James Sinek holds a J.D., an M.A. in hospital and health administration, and a B.A. in business administration. He also maintains memberships with the Nebraska Hospital Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives, where he holds Fellow status.
