Jim Woolfrey
By day, Jim is a marketing strategist for a big software company. By night, when he isn’t trying to finish up the things he didn’t finish during the day, he is husband to a fabulous woman, father to three really good, solid, and sometimes disrespectful kids (two of whom he addresses as “knucklehead” and one of whom he calls “noodlehead”), and on occasion he helps organize the Content Strategy PDX meetup group, and dabbles in things like yardwork, house-fixer-upper-ing, old bicycle-tinkering, and fantasy-shopping for old Porsches and wooden boats. About twice a year he golfs, and once in a long while he goes fishing or sailing. And although he often dreams of exotic adventure, you’re more likely to find him on a Saturday morning quite happily curled up on the sofa with the kids watching re-runs of Phineas & Ferb. All that, and he has very, very recently discovered the pleasure of writing about himself in the third person.
