Jindal Photo (A Division Of Jindal Poly Films Ltd.)

Jindal Photo (A Division of Jindal Polyfilms Limited), a company of "B.C. Jindal" Group, was incorporated in the year 1986. The Company was operating mainly in two line of business activities namely (i) Business of Manufacture, production, sale and distribution of photographic products (ii) Business of holding strategic investments in equity preference shares of group companies.

The Business of Manufacture, production, sale and distribution of photographic products has been demerged into Jindal Poly Films Limited pursuant to the sanctioned Scheme of arrangement between Jindal Photo Limited ("Demerged Company") and Jindal Poly Films Limited ("Resulting Company") w.e.f 1st April 2014 (appointed date). Presently Company is doing the business of holding strategic investments in group companies.
