Prior to this, Jinhee Wilde served as a partner at Butzel Long Tighe Patton. She headed Immigration Group to provide business and investment targeted immigration legal services to U.S. employers, foreign companies, and to individual immigrants and their families.

Jinhee Kim Wilde was active in community services. She served as an Elected Voting member, District 15, MCDCC, 1998 - 2002, Asian Affairs advisor and member of the fundraising committee for Al Gore, 2000, Candidate for Delegate, District 15, 2002 O’Malley for Governor, 2006, Ike Legget for Executive, member of Transition Committee, 2006, Asian Affairs advisor and member of the fundraising committee for Hillary Clinton and then Obama/Biden 2008 and Helped in Ike Leggett, Chris Van Hollen and Martin O’Malley campaigns in 2012.
