Howdy, I’m Jitendra and I am a results-driven Engineering Manager at Oberoi hotels & resorts - The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur - a luxury 5-star resort spread across 30 acres, where I lead key initiatives in energy conservation, preventive maintenance, and engineering operations. With over 6+ years of experience in hospitality engineering, I’ve consistently ensured equipment reliability, reduced downtime, and optimized guest satisfaction through efficient and proactive service delivery.

Having progressed from Technician to Supervisor and Supervisor to Assistant Manager, I’ve mastered both the hands-on and leadership aspects of hotel engineering - from monitoring HLP and repair & maintenance and handling vendor management and team training. I am also a Certified Departmental Trainer, actively upskilling teams and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

I take pride in combining technical expertise with strategic planning to reduce costs and enhance guest experiences. I’m always eager to explore innovative technologies and green practices to elevate operational excellence in luxury hospitality.
