Jiya Davé

I am a creative professional working towards the ultimate dream. I love being able to create something exactly how I have envisioned it and adding my own personal touch. I also believe in cruelty free fashion and I'm conscious about recycling and using sustainable fabrics. I would describe my design aesthetic as minimalist and structured. I like tailored silhouettes combined with intricate detail. I am inspired by the likes of Coco Chanel whose designs have stood the test of time with its simple yet beautiful design.

I also admire Elie Saab's work and how he successfully brings together his Eastern culture with Western silhouettes to create a unique fusion. This is something I also aspire towards; being a British Indian I've been really influenced by my Indian heritage.
