I’m a strategy and operations leader specializing in public health topics.

I currently lead strategy for Treehouse Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization committed to preventing childhood adversity and reducing its effects.

My recent work includes:

• Developing a new strategic plan
• Co-designing the operating model and people strategy for a new K-8 charter school
• Re-defining the data analytics function for a national healthcare and advocacy organization
• Projecting grant opportunities for a wildlife conservation nonprofit

I was previously a Principal at BCG, where I oversaw client relationships, managed high-performing teams, and solved complex problems.

Some of the most rewarding professional experiences were:

• Advising state governments in their pandemic response (including vaccine allocation, industry guidelines, data & reporting)
• Re-designing the org structure of a stateagency to promote cross-division collaboration
• Developing a new strategic plan for a $55M food security nonprofit
