J L Jackson
Director in Kingscross, United Kingdom
With insight and clarity to future cast new emerging trends Juliette provides that top line strategic vision and enterprise which benefits the organisation she works with.
She has an ability to identify 'a need' then organise, manage and assume risk. Juliette is a 'seeker-solver' addicted to 'looking round corners'
She pioneered and launched one of the first on line social networking sites in the UK developing and implementing website activity with early mobile phone technology, quite unique for its time (2003) and has worked on a number of exciting projects since.
However observing the challenges faced by senior managers in 'data drought' organisations Juliette founded and created i-BA to help bridge that data void. Investing in and forming a team of subject experts from both academia and independent enterprise together developed sensor technologies (IoT) which is now successfully deployed within the UK.
This proven technology gathers 'difficult to get' information which is then analysed to create 'real time' decision support systems for instant access. Cemented with a strategy of 'Measuring what Matters' it underpins decision making with data that translates through intelligent change for both commercial and operational benefit.
Julie is dedicated, committed and approachable combining best business practice & IT disciplines with her practical common sense approach.
She is passionate about value driven performance cultures, leadership, innovation and building quality relationships that are based on mutual learning, accountability and transparency.
Aside from her current business projects she is a great advocate in encouraging and supporting more 'Girls / Woman into Technology’ due to a worrying 'real' skills shortage in the UK. Not only to compete for independent success but to help build a 'healthy gender balance' within organisations and our ever growing technology interdependence.
i-BA has offices in London and the East Midlands.
