After years of working in the corporate sector, I returned to graduate school to chase my dream of preparing for an encore career in collegiate teaching. Now, with my newly minted Ph.D. in hand, I am fulfilling my passion to teach and conduct research in areas of interest informed by my experience as both an executive and consultant. Renewed and reinvigorated by this career change, I am enjoying the opportunity to teach and learn.

In my prior life, I was a seasoned practitioner with extensive experience in accounting, finance and operations. I have held the roles as C-suite executive, Big 4 audit partner, and health care consultant specializing in financial and operational improvement. This diversified experience complements my academic training in management and organizational behavior.
