As a kid, I was pretty out there. I was programming computers in the 4th grade, and I would routinely go to work with my mom so I could use her typewriter to write short scripts for movies I had no idea how to make. I'd use scissors, glue, whiteout and a copy machine to create my own dungeons for D&D; adventures with my geeky friends. I'd shoot 8mm film (eventually VHS video) of my friends running through the woods with guns, or the occasional burning army man or tank. I'd edit these together using a crude deck-to-deck system I devised in my living room, much to the dismay of my mom. I enjoyed creating more than consuming. It was in my DNA. Today, not much has changed. I'm a developer who loves film. A filmmaker who loves technology. An entreprenuer who would love to merge the two in a meaningful way. I'm a perfectionist control-freak who loves to take something from script to screen, then build the website and possibly write an app. I love developing big systems, and making crazy, over-the-top movies, commercials and music videos. I don't believe you have to choose to be creative or techie - if you do them well, they are the same thing.
