Joarder Kamal

I grew up in the urban metropolitan of Dhaka, the Capital of Bangladesh and passed 22+ years before starting my endeavours abroad. I used to have a childhood dream to join in the armed forces until it faded away once I got glasses on top of my nose. Afterwards, I was dreaming to run a business of my own and eventually ended up opening a start-up with my friends just before the graduation. Unlikely it didn't get success as we all went out on Job huntings in the industry.

Now, 5 years later I am here in Australia pursuing my PhD at MONASH Uni aiming to utilise Big Data Analytics for System Management and Operational Intelligence in the Cloud. I also spent a remarkable year travelling through England, Wales and Scottland while attending at the Staffordshire University for my Masters. In between these years, I worked as a passionate System/Network Engineer and a proud team lead at Huawei for Mobile Packet Core Network Integration Systems for 3 years. And those three profesional years gave me the attitudes and motivations to be the ultimate venturer and make hyperdrive into the deep space to achieve my dreams.

In 2009, I got married to my long time companion, mate and buddy Rushmila who is a passionate Bug Hunter in the Software Industry and still chasing towards the perfection of life :) While at home, I usually waste most of my spare hours in exploring new technologies and helping out my better half. I also love cooking delicious meals, frequently driving our little Red Mazda in the country roads and occassionaly Angling often with a little luck !!
