Rabbi Joshua Kolet is the Founder and Kashruth Administrator of JK Kosher in addition to being an educator. Rabbi Kolet has strong ties to the Shehebar Shephardic Center from where he received Ordination to serve as a Rabbi, including their endorsement of his role as a Mashgiach. In addition JK Kosher maintains a strong relationship with KOA Kosher of the US and has ties with several prominent Rabbis worldwide. In addition to his responsibilities as head of JK Kosher, Rabbi Kolet is the founder of Hazon Eli, Vision of My G-d; a Foundation for Jewish Life in India. He is also the Co-founder with Rabbi Nathan Glick of Bet Midrash Ohr Hahechal in Ashkelon, Israel.
