I've been in leadership of numerous nonprofit ministries for nearly fifty years:

• Calvary Chapel San Diego
• Honey Rock Camp
• Wycliffe Bible Translators/Jungle Aviation and Radio Service as a technical support missionary in the Philippines
• Coachella Valley and Long Beach Rescue Missions
• Consulting for numerous nonprofits.

Now in my "4th Quarter" ministry, I teach undergraduate courses online in Organizational Leadership at Horizon University.
I've been married 47 years to a wonderful wife, Leslie, and we have four honorable adult children.
Leslie home-schooled our children for eight years and then entered the classroom while we served in the Philippines, and then for 20 years in two school districts. Leslie now serves as a substitute teacher.
