I have over 16 years experience working In some of the finest restaurants in the UK and the Middle East. I have worked With The Esteemed Gordon Ramsay At Claridges And At The double Michelin starred restaurant The Square And The World renowned Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons with Raymond Blanc.
