I'm passionate about leadership, social leadership, mental health issues and HR in general. I believe in the concept of leader-leader rather than leader-follower as I know we can all learn from each other. I have studied in political science, economy and business administration. I hold a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. I currently lead an HR program (competencies) for the Canada Revenue Agency of the Government of Canada.
