’m a content and food writer currently based in Da Nang, Vietnam, though I originally hail from Brooklyn, NY. I hold both American and Italian citizenship, which means I get to collaborate — and caffeinate — with people all over the world, no matter the timezone. ☕

I’ve been writing and creating for more than 20 years, covering everything from food and beverage to nonprofit and social enterprise, entrepreneurship, local finance and crowdfunding, and a good bit of gardening and foraging along the way. Basically, if it connects people, creativity, and community — I’m into it.

Lately, I’ve been leaning into what I call the “human side” of content — finding that sweet spot between authentic voice and smart AI editing. I specialize in on-demand copywriting, recipe development, speech and ghostwriting, blogs, and newsletters — and I love helping ideas sound a little more alive.

Outside the laptop life, I’ve worked as a private vegan chef and event coordinator since 2009, and I still host the occasional food-focused walking tour wherever I’m based.
