I am a design researcher and innovation strategist who possesses a strong curiosity about the world and how people approach everyday life. Whether observing a person’s morning routine to discover new opportunities for a mature skin care brand, mapping a cancer patient’s journey to understand how information flows during treatment or riding along as general contractors describe the vital role of their truck in their daily work life, I have always been fascinated by the interaction between consumers and brands. I have worked on teams to generate key insights from both primary and secondary research to help clients solve their biggest business challenges.

I have spent the past twelve years at Doblin, a global innovation strategy firm, as part of a team of researchers and strategists employing ethnographic methods to lead conversations with consumers and understand where needs are not being met in the marketplace. I have worked with some of the world’s leading organizations to conceive new market offerings, reinvigorate brands, identify opportunity areas, or develop internal processes for accelerating innovation capabilities.

As a key team member, I have led specific areas of research to develop a compelling story around how consumers are experiencing their products and services and identify shortcomings and gaps. I have facilitated working sessions with clients to analyze the research and co-construct new groundbreaking service offerings.
