LeVares Jackson Jr.

My name is LeVares Jackson and I am a freshman here at the University of Georgia. I have two siblings, one brother and one sister. My friends would probably describe me as incredibly blunt and I agree. At times my filter – or lack thereof – gets me into hot water but for the most part, it works in my favor (in my opinion at least). I am slightly anal-retentive, goofy and incredibly driven. Seeing that I am not the most athletically inclined, I am not really into sports. However, I do enjoy running and find it to be incredibly cathartic. Other hobbies of mine include: playing a sad amounts of The Sims 3, inane tweeting and reading up on political events.
I am a Biochemistry & Molecular Biology major and intend to go to medical school. My dream is to become an immunologist and study infectious diseases. I would also like to eventually work with Doctors without Borders, a philanthropic organization that deploys physicians to third world countries to help during traumatic events. Through working with people who desperately need my help, I would not only be able to serve those around me but I would also be able to satiate my need for travel.
