Jorge is the President and Owner of Ultimate Sales and Marketing, an internationally recognized, innovative manufacturers' rep and consulting firm specializing in strategic sales and marketing programs.

A leader for excellence, Jorge brings 30+ years of experience in the Pet Industry and extensive knowledge in aquatics and water gardening.

Prior to starting his own business, Jorge joined his father, Jorge Herrera, Sr. in their successful family business; a pet supplies distribution company in South Florida.

Growing up in the sales business gave Jorge Jr. the opportunity to become familiar with many influential people in the industry.

Eventually, he decided to explore new territories and became a manufacturers' rep, based in the State of Texas, covering the southwest region of the United States.

A few years later, in his role as President of his company, Jorge has seen his business vision realized and taken manufacturers' representation to the next level by organizing and managing The Ultimate Group, a nationwide network of the top manufacturers' representatives, while still keeping close contact with his family business.

Throughout his career, Jorge has developed many business relationships in North America, Latin America and Europe which have allowed him to take his manufacturers not only to a national level, but also outside of the United States, creating a unique niche in export, which is managed by his business partner and wife.

Dressed to the nines, this globetrotting cigar aficionado, is very passionate about his work and always aiming to achieve 110% satisfaction for his clients and business partners, constantly taking on new challenges and opportunities to continually grow both professionally and personally.
