John Literacki

John is a Facility Laboratory Manager and Instructor who collaborated as a key player in the construction of science laboratories in Roosevelt University's $118,000,000 Wabash Building project. The state of the art research and teaching labs cover three floors of the 32 story glass university, overlooking Grant Park and the lakefront of downtown Chicago.
John ensures that laboratories are equiped with the best possible instrumentation, meet all federal and state codes, and are safe to work in. He also teaches Cellular and Molecular Biology at Roosevelt, and is a Research Associate at The Field Museum of Natural History, Pritzker Lab, where he studies the mating systems of The Brown-headed Cowbird-- an obligate avain brood parasite.
