Full time professor of Organizational & Human Behavior since 1996, and also Deputy Director in the Learning Innovation Unit at IPADE, the top Business School in Mexico. Since 1998 I've worked as a consultant in Leadership, Team Development and Organizational Culture at several major companies in Mexico.

Born and raised in Mexico City, I graduated from Industrial Engineering in 1993, obtained my MBA degree from IPADE in 1996, and my PhD at Universidad de Navarra, Spain, in 2015. My dissertation was about the role that human errors play in the evolution and development of a learning culture.
