His research interests are in the Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science, Algorithms for Complex problems and Computing Solutions, Information Systems, Educational and Integration of ICT in Learning and Software Development.

Prior to his present employment, he started his career right after graduation as Freelance Computer Programmer and Information Technology specialist.

He teaches Computer programming, Basic GIS Applications and Computer Education Courses.
He is an advocator of Open Source Software and Open Source Technologies.

He has more than Ten(10) years in the Academe teaching Computer Education Courses and fifteen(15) years experience as freelance I.T. specialist/consultant for I.T. Solutions for Business Enterprise particularly Web-based applications and Network Infrastructure with an ultimate goal to provide a good interface for prospect clients.

He also involved in different areas of Software Development in various roles including programming, system analysis and design, project management, I.T. management, training, marketing and business networking and management. He actively and continuously attends various trainings and seminars inline in his field of specialization.

He is an active member of the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators(PSITE) and Computing Society of the Philippines, Incorporated (CSP, Inc.)

He love computer programming, Website Development, Social Networking, Teaching Computer Course, System Designing using c/c++, php, vb.net, c# and java with sql, also playing ball games.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Excellent communication skills (Bilingual in Tagalog, English, Ilocano etc.)

2. Proficient to teach all computer science / IT subjects

3. Proficient in computer assembling, repairing and upgrading

4. Proficient in programming in C++, C, Java, HTML, Visual C++ Language

5. Proficient in administering series of computers , trouble shoots computers with serious system errors

6. Knowledgeable in comprehensive Electronic Data Analysis and Reports based on needs and requirements.

7. Knowledgeable in administering appraisal measure for student using Wide Range Intelligence Test(WRIT) for Psycho-educational Evaluation (Verbal and Visual Analysis)

8. Knowledgeable in Geographic Information System Technology using ArcView Software

9. Proficient in all Windows System Platforms and Cyber Data Analysis
