J. Mark White

Mark White is Chief Attorney for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. Prior to joining the Department, he was Staff Attorney for the Arkansas Department of Education. He has previously served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission, a Policy Advisor to Governor Mike Huckabee, and a Special Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court. A member of the Arkansas Bar Association, he holds a B.A. from Ouachita Baptist University and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas. He is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and all state and federal courts in Arkansas.
