I believe in the power of knowing more. Great solutions come from addressing real people's problems more than abstract enterprise concerns. Design permeates everything: make it easy to use and beautiful to behold. Relentless research, honesty, and a willingness to be wrong and move on are the most important tools for long-term success.

I currently work in Data Engineering at Curalate, building insight and intelligence products for the next generation of commerce on the visual web. I have ten years of experience in data warehouse management and decision sciences, and in addition to entertainment, I have worked on data to inform healthcare, consumer products, B2B services, and extensively in digital marketing and advertising.

I also enjoy trail running, hiking, lightweight backpacking, climbing rock and ice, and almost anything that takes place on or near water.
