Jasmine Mayo was born to the parents of Aaronda Leathers and Christopher Mayo on November 1, 1993. At that very moment Aaronda and Chris knew their daughter was going to be destined for greatness. Growing up Miss.Mayo was always known to be the center of attention but in the most postivie aspects. She focused her attention on helping others and giving advice even as a little girl. Through her eyes the world was seen as a complicated but abstract factor of living. Having a mother with a mild bipolar disorder, Miss Mayo knew that getting a better understanding of mental illnesses was going to be her career path.
Jasmine Mayo became an eagle of Nortth Carolina Central University in the fall of 2012. She started her academic career with a major in pharamacetcial science. But after not meeting her academica potential, she reevaulated her academcis and changed her major to psychology. Miss.Mayo first year at NCCU taught her alot about balancing her social and academic life. Althought she didnt meet her full potential she still strivied to get back in school and perform at her best abilities.
