Thinking outside the box limits you, think there is no box, a glass half full is not enough, think of a lake and go for a swim.

Considered to be a free thinker, I would categorise that as a 3 dimensional thinker. I look at situations from every angle before taking action. When I take action it’s decisive and driven and ultimately ends in success.

As a seasoned motorsport industry professional I have a wide breadth of knowledge and experience. I have excelled in almost every field in the industry.• Parts & Accessories? Been there done that. • Service? Yup cranked a few wrenches in my time. • Sales? You got it, at Retail management and wholesales level • Marketing? Got the t-shirt for that. • IT? Code is my friend.• Education? I’ve taken some to school on that one.• Management? My team is my cast and I direct them with confidence in their abilities.

I am a constant learner; I absorb content, applications, tools, numbers, systems and now languages. I speak fluent English, French, Mandarin in process, Spanish still learning. My dedication is only overshadowed by my innovative personality and positive attitude.

I succeed where others have failed, I make the impossible, possible. The key to this success is 3 dimensional thinking. This is what I teach and preach to my staff. They are not allowed to say this is how we always did it. I welcome ideas and feedback, its part of the learning process. How else would they achieve inventory turns at almost a 10 while still maintaining fill rates of 97% or higher? How else could we mentor our network to lead the world in performance on Harley-Davidson Collaborative Inventory Management system?
