Jimmy Morgan

My name is Jimmy Morgan. I am a Senior at Boston University majoring in Public Relations. I am also a Pairs Figure Skater at The Skating Club of Boston.

Social media has always been a passion of mine, and I enjoy finding unique ways to use it. I have had the great opportunity to meet people within the skating community through social media, and some of them have become very good friends. I love exploring social media and how it can be applied to athletes, which you can read more about in my blog.

Being both a full time student and an elite athlete has its obstacles at times, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. When I’m not busy trying to figure out if I need to catch my skating partner, or catch up on my readings, I like to pretend I have the beginnings of an acceptable social life.

I am a Boston boy at heart, and I plan to stay that way. I eat, sleep, and breathe Patriots football, and I thoroughly enjoy being stubborn while I claim that my city is the best city. I have an uncanny knack for memorizing song lyrics and an all around love for social media. So, join me in my adventure of life. I’m only going to live it once, and I plan to make the most out of it.
