Joseph Mondragon

A junior at the University of Northern Colorado studying marketing and entrepreneurship at the Monfort College of Business. Currently serving as Director of Academic Affairs for Theta Omicron Chapter of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. I aspire to start and operate my own manufacturing and retail business. I am highly passionate about food and cooking as well as ones experience while dining out. I also aspire to open a restaurant geared towards college students and their school alike.

I inspire. When others are down I raise them up, enthusiasmis everything to me. Having a positive attitude and open mind creates anatmosphere for growth and excellence. Whether it’s encouraging others to followtheir own passions or simply reminding them of their great qualities, I amalways looking for opportunities to help others further themselves. Society hasbeen moving towards being more focused on individual accomplishments instead ofworking together towards common goals. I want to lead others to fulfill theirdreams while pursuing my own ambitions of owning and operating my ownmanufacturing and distribution company along with managing my ownrestaurant/bar.
