20+ years of experience in Information Technology. Provided leadership serving as Director of IT by developing and directing the firm’s overall IT strategy. Managed and monitored project budgets and expenditures.

12+ years of experience in running organizations, leading teams and managing budgets to align resources to meet the objectives.

7+ years of experience in the conception, design and leadership of international projects.

Possess strong knowledge of converting ideas into real systems with special focus on budget and timetable. Proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.

Adept in building a team environment with the ability to contribute experience and leadership directives. Special expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation.

Ability to talk and conduct business in three languages: English, Spanish and Catalan.

As a personal note, I am a strong advocate against the digital divide. Technology should serve as a means to unite society and not to broaden the differences.
