Summary: I grew up in a family with a child with disabilities, so I have lots of patience and the ability to cope with all kinds of stressful and difficult situations. My experience having worked on the Amherst Newspaper helped me gain some confidence in my ability as well as to excell even further in the journalism field.

Education· Currently - 2nd year journalism student NBCC Woodstock, completed two years in the Bachelor of Arts program at Mount Allison University

Achievements/Training· Worked on the Mount Allison University Newspaper, has had articles published in The Citizen Record, The Amherst Daily News, and the Bugle Observer, with radio pieces having been aired on CJ 104 and tv pieces aired on Rogers Television. Competent with finalcut, burli, microsoft office and photoshop

Work Experience: Summer job with the Amherst Daily Newspaper, has been published online as well as having appeared on Rogers Television and The Bugle Observer based out of Woodstock N.B. Before starting NBCC Woodstock, held a job at the Kookie Kutter Bakery in Sackville N.B. for almost two years.
