Jonathan Musgrave
London
Jonathan studied at the Royal College of Music as an undergraduate, postgraduate and Junior Fellow, gaining a first class honours degree and a Master of Music with distinction. Active as both soloist and chamber musician, he has had numerous appearances in London including at Wigmore Hall and the Purcell Room, resulting in critical acclaim from the Times and the Independent.
Jonathan has a particular attraction to British music, especially that of the early 20th-century. Supreme among many other names sits Ivor Gurney, several of whose manuscripts he has edited and brought to performance. In 2012 he was heavily involved with the Coleridge-Taylor centenary celebrations in his home-town of Croydon. He is also a keen listener to orchestral music.
