I am Jean-Claude Patrice Nataf otherwise known as Chef Judah.

I was a faithful and loyal worker, giving 15 years of my life to a good place doing good in the World.

I took St. Martins Table to prominence. As featured in Vegetarian Times 2000 issue.

I am a contributing member of my Community.

I am the creator of SFY! A radical soup kitchen located in a church basement in the Seward neighborhood.

77,000 bowls and 4 and 1/2 years later we are going strong.

The People have been clothed.

The distressed and anguished have been comforted.

Some have accused me of being a blessing in many peoples lives, those i know of and even more that will remain hidden.

SFY! is an incubator for networks and connections to be created.

SFY! has become a space where social workers frequent and help those in need, people have been housed because of us.

Have been in the Pioneer Press, The Star Tribune, The Longfellow Messenger, The Lutheran Monthly, the Seward People History, Community of a Plate, interviewed on KFAI (several times) and soon MPR, interviewed for the permanent record at Augsburg University library, commended by the Seward Civic Association, honored by World Mission, honored by the Lutheran Synod in our 1st year, emulated by a church in Colorado and many others.

Respected and yes..adored by many. And i accept.

59 years young, single, a father to a wonderful adult daughter who is out in the World.

Help us by donating. The need is there.
