I've been a marketer for 20+ years w/ 17 years focused in the digital space. I like to say I've in the space since pre-Google times, those 'You've Got Mail' days. I've managed marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 brands like Sprint and H&R Block and I've helped agencies build products to bridge the gap from traditional marketing to digital.

I currently lead the Social Media practice at the Service Managment Group (SMG) located in the Crossroads District in Kansas City, MO. SMG was founded on the principles of The Service Profit Chain, which demonstrates that highly engaged employees create highly satisfied customers. Highly satisfied customers are more loyal, which means they’re more frequent, they spend more per visit, and they recommend you more often.We help organizations make improvements that create employee engagement and customer loyalty to increase profitable sales.

Before joining SMG, I was the Director of Digital Marketing for AMC Theatres. I managed all digital aspects of the organization: amctheatres.com, social media, ecommerce (online ticketing), SEO/SEM and analytics.

I'm a Father to four amazing kids and the luckiest husband in the world. I'm a music fanatic and I get out to see live music whenever possible. I'm a golferex-soccer player and Sporting Kansas City, Royals and Chiefs fan.
