Assisting individuals in working towards and achieving their career aspirations has been the focal point of my career. Having worked within both recruitment and training I have a strong understanding of the frustrations individuals face when looking for change in their careers.
I have extensive experience of working with individuals on a one to one basis to ensure they are prepared for interview and to take on the challenges of securing a new role. Working within the recruitment sector has enabled me to work with a number of industries and to gain an understanding of their requirements when looking for talent in the job market.
