Having a mother who works in international education comes with its perks. My early years were spent in The Netherlands, from where I moved to Thailand to complete my high school education. Nowadays, with family and friends all over the world, reunions are very much long overdue.

Like many at the age of 18, I didn't quite know what I wanted to do. Because of this chose the option of studying Human Geography at the University of Exeter. After this I accepted a role at Lloyds Banking Group, one of the UK's largest financial institutions. The roles I have done on the graduate scheme very much compliment my previous life experiences: fast paced and extremely varied. They include front-line branch management, external relations, market risk governance, and now I am working on customer propositions & innovation with the 'UK’s challenger bank'.
