Come join me for an innovative approach to getting leaner, getting stronger, getting healthier. Classes include the discipline of pilates and barre work to promote the importance of proper alignment of the body. All movement should begin with the stabilization of the spine and the engagement of deep core muscles. Through a series of exercises that isolate individual muscle groups, we can sculpt all those stubborn areas such as arms, abs, thighs and waist. All these exercises are low-impact and designed to improve overall strength while reducing risk of injury. A better sense of balance and increased flexibility come as a result.
