Being successful in our world is not only about obtaining a University Degree, but also gaining knowledge by living experiences through our lives. Experiences do more than just teach a person what to do, their importance lies in showing us the right path in our daily decisions. My experience has brought me from my hometown, to travel around the world and currently studying a Master's Degree at University of Barcelona.

My name is Joan, born and raised in the Mediterranean city of Tarragona in Catalonia. Following my interests, I started to draw my way into the world of Human Resources six years ago. During this time, which mingled desire to do things well and share enriching experiences that contribute to a logical use of reason, working in a multidisciplinary field of motivation and intellectual wealth, began a long-term project of student and person. Due the economic crisis I decided that the HR field was the right choice so I would be able to help both companies and employees, as I realized it would be the most affected sector, giving my own solutions to many global problems. This implies, in my view, continuing with the same work ethic: effort, dedication and, above all, motivation.

However my training would not end there. Given my love for traveling and seeing different countries (the people, their customs and especially defend my ideas and opinions in their own language) I will keep moving forward and worldwide (reminding what I saw in The British Museum) quoting Alfred, Lord Tennyson:

“…and let thy feet, millenniums hence, be set in midst of knowledge.”
