Joan is also a published author in the field of human relationships, and has enjoyed speaking tours on the subjects of empowerment and relationship building. Bowman has written about personal and organizational transformation since 1990, and today she is sharing her knowledge to answer the many concerns and challenges entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders face in our current economy.
Joan has not only started successful businesses in the fields of human dynamics and human resources, but she has turned around multiple companies in several diverse fields. Ms. Bowman received her MBA from the Eli Broad School at Michigan State University, concentrating on Change Management theories. Her current work and research focuses on methods for strengthening our resilience and focus, fortifying our individual ideals with courage, and realizing our purpose in a mindful way.
