Joan Fabregat Bellido

AI product engineer. Trading, automation, and systems that ship.

I've spent over a decade writing software. This past year I stopped writing code and started designing systems.

Computer engineer and developer at Nomasystems, working for Inditex, where I've spent the last 6 years building product. In parallel, I've spent this past year redefining how I work: I take a real need, design the solution, and ship it to production on my own. AI isn't autocomplete — it's part of the architecture.

What I've built:

Sharpebee — automation platform for quantitative trading strategies. [sharpebee.com]

Lirilen.com — Plumaria, a conversational assistant that takes the mental load off households and teams. Multimodal input (voice, text, image), shared lists and calendars, subscription-based, shipped in four languages.

KODP, EEKZ and XAQX — automated trading systems, designed, built and operated entirely by me, with a public track record on DarwinexZero. [link]

How I work: Spec-driven development, harness engineering, and agent loop design. I work with Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and Gemini, picking the tool the problem calls for rather than committing to one.

I've always believed in kaizen: good systems aren't designed once, they're corrected many times. So I build in room to review and adjust as I go, rather than automating everything end to end — especially when real money is on the line, where keeping human judgment in the loop isn't a constraint, it's design.

Engineering + trading + product.
