Joan Jackson is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and has lived in Southern California for many years. She currently resides in Northern Virginia. She’s a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Joan has established several businesses of her own. She has been a licensed Realtor since 1993 and a certified Life Coach since 2006. Over the years Joan has participated in many women’s seminars, Oprah’s Angel Network, NFL wives associations, Boys and Girls Clubs, Make a wish foundation, Teri’s Inc. children with autism, Habitat of Humanity, shelters for battered women and to name a few. In the past, she was the president/founder of John and Joan Jackson Foundation and its related conferences; she’s been a consistent keynoter and prominent participant. Through these gatherings, Joan’s professional commitment leads her to believe that networking is the key to building relationships for businesses and philanthropy work. She currently serves as a committee board member and ambassador for the DC Chapter of the National Association of Women’s Business Organization (NAWBO). She has been featured in magazines, on radio and television, including an on-stage appearance with Oprah on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
