Hello, I’m Joanna. I’m a mainland student living in Hong Kong. I am a fan of music, travel, and traditional Chinese literature. My favorite novel is Dream of the Red Chamber. And by the way, Kyoto is the place where I most want to go. If you also interested in the animation and kimono, do join me.

As everyone know, language is carrier of culture and culture is recorded by language. Therefore, we can learn a culture or a society through people's language. That's why I want to chose LCS. I want to analyze human beings, know more about this world. I was major in Translation during my undergraduate study but I think there still are great space for me to improve cultural study.
