Joanna is the Founder and CEO of The People Tree, a learning and leadership consulting firm that focuses on delivering customized solutions. Joanna holds a degree in education with a specialization in corporate training and development from Wayland Baptist University.

In addition, Joanna holds a variety of Organizational Development and Leadership certifications that include: Six Sigma Green Belt, Human Performance Technology, Information Mapping, Situational Leadership II, Targeted Selection, Instructional Design, DDI facilitator, CCL 360 Assessment Suite Certified, DiSC and is a certified Myers – Briggs Practitioner.

Bringing 20 years of corporate organizational development experience in the retail, supply chain and education industry, Joanna is a seasoned professional in understanding human behavior.
